After many years painting traditional subjects with oils, I became a mixed media painter and have never looked back.

Quick drying acrylics and markers suit my explorative style. Other than a broad topic like angels or mermaids or faces, I never know what my painting will be until it is finished. This intuitive painting method allows me to use my imagination and life experiences to create compelling and original artwork for all to enjoy.

My programs are designed to offer simple tools, tips and techniques to new or experienced painters. I share the basics and then encourage painters to flex their own creation muscles.

I’m here if you need me, but not hovering over you to make sure “you do it right.”
