If you want to be creative, imaginative and innovative, then you need to set yourself free enough to get in touch with your natural talents, strengths and obsessions. I call the process to reclaim your creative greatness “Untraining” and have been offering these programs since 2005.

Untraining Philsophy

Most organizations train their employees in the hopes they will be more efficient, productive and engaged. Unfortunately, those trained employees go back to their offices and pick up where they left off. Nothing of significance has changed.

If your company wants engaged employees, they have to feel engaged with their own lives. Companies erroneously believe that driven employees do so for the company. They don’t. They drive themselves to fulfill their own promise.

Most employees do not know how to find their own promise.

That’s where I come in with my untraining programs.

I offer this as a fun, interactive 45 minute or one hour talk. Approximately half the talk comes from my book, Feel More Alive! 30 Brilliant Ways To Reignite Your Inner Spark. The other have is divided between an exercise conducted in small groups and discussion of the participants findings. All supplies included.

Private Consults!

I also offer a 45-minute private consult for anyone wishing to reignite their inner spark and feel more alive! One session might be all you need. I suggest that you start there and see where it goes…

Reignite Your Inner Spark: A four-week, one hour program that pinpoints what makes your employees feel alive, which is usually their greatest strength. Each employee gets a 30-minute follow up phone call after the group session portion ends. Max 8.

Why send your employees to this program? If your employees feel deadened inside they will not be contributing much to your company. Brilliant ideas come from energized people.

I can also do an energy test while walking through the company. In less than an hour, I can tell you if your business culture has alive or dead vibes.
